Event Information:

One Lap of America

The Tire Rack One Lap of America, presented by Motortrend magazine found it’s roots in the original Cannonball Run in the 1960’s. Since then, the more civilized, and legal, version has competitors driving across the continental US and competing on some of America’s most famous race tracks. The route extends over 8 days, covering 8 different tracks while traversing 3000+ miles along the way. The event starts and finishes at Tire Rack’s headquarters in South Bend, Indiana and travels as far south as Daytona, Florida, along the eastern seaboard and throughout the great plains of the US. The competition is meant for street driven cars, and apart from having to use the same set of street tires for the duration of the trip, all modifications are essentially open.
